If you are an experienced architect with significant experience on major rail and civil engineering projects looking for a career defining position on the UK's next major infrastructure project, this could be the role you have been looking for.
Based in Central Birmingham, our client is seeking an Architect Lead to act as the key interface with technical directors, design consultants and design & build contractors to develop designs to ensure that specifications and requirements are being met.
You will be an Architectural Subject Matter Expert, with significant experience of delivering large complex structures in a multi-disciplinary design and delivery environment, preferably in large-scale rail projects. You will be a registered architect with ARB or RIBA registration. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage day to day architecture and design related issues and you will have the key ability to approve designs.
