Package: Circa £40kpa basic

Role Requirements
We are looking for an experienced rail infrastructure engineer to take a step up into asset maintenance management. You will manage a small multi-disciplinary team of trackside engineers responsible for the maintenance of all railway equipment & assets including signalling, civils, track etc.
Person Summary
You will be an independent and organised engineer looking to take a step up into management. You will use the AIMS system to record and manage asset maintenance & conditions. You will plan the workload for a small team of multi-disciplinary maintenance engineers working across all infrastructure assets. You will assist the Engineering Director with long term asset planning and preparation for wider projects, including an aggressive route expansion and upgrade programme.
Qualifications:
Minimum of level 3; ideally a HNC or higher
PTS (Does not have to be in date or sponsored)
Ideally COSS qualified
Audit experience is highly advantageous
