An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager, the Bid Manager will work closely with the Tender Leader and full team including sub-system Bid Managers.
Role:
The successful candidate will manage the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for bids, as well as deliver winning proposals for the accurate QCDP commitments.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate internal activities to identify and under the customer's needs
- Attend customer negotiation meetings
- Manage budgets according to company processes
- Keep detailed records and notes of all documentation produced for tender preparation and traceability until contract signed
- Prepare all necessary documentation to submit to customers and prepare risk and opportunities reviews
- Ensure compliance in line with company rules and instructions
Essential Requirements:
- Masters or bachelor's degree
- Project/Bid Management background, especially relating to costing, planning and risk management
- Experience managing experienced teams
- Knowledge of financial, contractual, and legal aspects
- Experience compiling multiple reports

- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientated
- Negotiation skills
