One-On Limited T/A B1st Support Services are delighted to be asked to recruit for an experienced Contractors Engineering Manager to join a leading UK Rail & Civil Engineering contractor which are about to undertake one of the North West’s most prestigious and key flagship projects.

This position is offered on a long term freelance basis to work from my clients site in Lancashire. This vacancy is to start in the next 3 weeks.

Role / Responsibilities

As a CEM you will assume responsibility for all technical issues and Engineering Management on this highly prestigious project which encompasses Build, Civil Engineering, OLE, Permanent Way and signalling within a large Multi-disciplinary project.

This project will not only provide with a real challenge but will also become a pinnacle point on your existing portfolio of works due to its nature and exposure within the Industry and wider public. It would be advantageous if you were from a Signalling / Power discipline.

Candidate Profile

• You will have had previous experience with the delivery and design elements of Build and Civil large scale Multi-disciplinary projects.
• Been previously approved by Network Rail as a Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) on projects above £10m
• Ideally Chartered or working towards gaining Chartership
• Personal Track Safety
