CONTRACTS MANAGER (RAIL) - NORTH WEST - PERMANENT



Contracts Manager is currently required to work with a Network Rail Main Contractor, managing the delivery of a large CP5 framework. The work will mainly consist of Bridge schemes, and will require someone to manage a portfolio of around 50-60 schemes at any one time.





Candidate requirements:

* The successful candidate MUST take a collaborative approach with the client
* You MUST also have a sound understanding of Design & Build
* You MUST have experience of complex project delivery
* Capable of managing a high volume of projects, in various stages of development



The role will involve:

* Managing a number of schemes through the design process
* Overseeing the delivery of between 50-60 projects at different stages of development
* Managing a team of 5 Project Managers
* Providing weekly and monthly updates to the Regional Manager
* Working closely with the Pre-Construction team
