Position: Fault Coordinator (Parking Systems) (Fixed Term Contract)
Target: Highly Organised with Experience of Coordinating and administrating large workloads via Telephone and an online system.
Rewards: £19000 for working 4 days on shift and 4 days off.
Timeline: Interviews W/C 06/02/17.
Location: St Albans Hertfordshire.

My Client is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Fault Coordinator to join their team based in St Albans and reporting to the Customer Service Centre Supervisor.
The role of the Fault Coordinator will be to receive and enter faults onto the fault management system and assigning tasks to the Engineering personnel.
The successful candidate will build and maintain professional and courteous relationships with customers and third parties, ensuring the highest communication standards are maintained. You will also possess a flexible working approach as the role is shift based, working 4 days on shift followed by 4 rest days off shift, on a continual rolling 12 hr. shift rota including a one hour break, you will be required to work night shifts along with weekends. The day shift pattern is 06:00 - 18:00 and the night shift pattern is 18:00 - 06:00.
This position will require excellent communication and keyboard skills, alongside proficient PC software use.
Customer service is key to delivery as well as ensuring that QHSE regulations and procedures are followed at all times.

Role Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent education
- Experience of constructively building working relationships in a busy environment
- Effective and pro-active communication skills
- The ability to multi task and prioritise work load
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- Previous service centre or help desk experience would be desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
- A good team player with a 'can do' attitude and positive approach
- Ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
