Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for a Foreman Supervisor to join a major refurbishment and new build project in West Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any supervisory construction staff to work on a long term (12-18 months) contract with a world leader in luxury development.

Reporting into the Penthouse and Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing works on the new build of two luxury penthouses on one of London's most prestigious hotels and your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Arrange and set out the work for contractors
* Manage the builders - a small team of contractors (concrete upstand work, demolition etc)
* Be responsible for general safety installations on site (working in conjunction with the penthouse manager)
* Responsible for all site tidiness
* Able to look at project controls (setting out, general controls of construction trades)
* Perform HSE inductions and toolbox talks
* Ensure the program is going well on site and anticipate subcontractor needs
* Ensure directions given during the daily briefings are followed
* Report any issues immediately to the Penthouse Manager

Essential Requirements:
* CSCS Card (operative or above, but black card advantageous)
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role, within construction
* Experience within luxury hotels, new builds or high end developments
* A trade background, whether carpentry, painting, plastering or general construction
* Experience with finishing and closeout
