Handover/Completion Engineer (Rail Systems)

Supporting my client’s in delivering and expediting the successful Handover of the rail systems to the Infrastructure Managers (IMs), ensuring, through collaboration with the other members of the handover/completions team, integrated handover with the other rail and station systems.

The successful candidate must have experience and be confident in the following:

• Deliver the successful Handover of the rail systems to the Infrastructure Managers (IMs).
• Write, produce, implement ITPs/AMP/OMM/PWAY/OLE packs
• Supports the development of functional processes and procedures affiliated with Handover, including the Handover Strategy and Plan document.
• Be the single point of contact for Handover of rail systems and be embedded and fully integrated within the rail systems project team.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing the contractors to a successful handover of rail systems.
• Monitor/report progress towards Handover.
• Create, manage and lead project level working groups, in conjunction with the IMs.
• Provide clarity and communication to the project delivery teams on the Handover Strategy and Plan along with any other Handover processes with the Delivery projects.
• Implement actions and tasks within a project team in a matrix organization.
• Collaborate and co-operate with the Handover/Completion Engineers for other systems and stations. Liaise with all the client’s Handover/Completion Engineers.

Looking for a degree educated Engineer with current PTS and minimum 5 years rail experience. Excellent day rate variable on experience.
