Our Client, who are a Major Infrastructure & multi-disciplined solutions market leader are currently looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator on a temporary to perm basis to assist the support and working environments team in providing 1st/2nd line services.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st/2nd line support to users across all internal offices.
- Assisting users by handling/logging calls in their call management system.
- Provide support/advice/guidance on IT matters to internal staff.
- Any other reasonable duties as required
This role would suit an ambitious IT professional, IT Qualifications preferred but not essential.
The ideal Candidate would have:
- Previous Service Desk or Help Desk experience
- Experience working within a strong team unit.
- Strong communication skills, across all departments of a business. Written and verbal skills are key.
- Strong Customer skills, build strong relationships and maintains a customer network.
- Desire to solve problems, delving into the root causes of issues and proactively supports the business through prevention.
