Installation Lead - Turkey

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for the installation site to address project installation changes
• Drive excellence in schedule, quality and EHS
• Manage and develop employees
• Provide leadership to and oversight of all site installation personnel to create an environment that builds teamwork, drives effective reporting, communications and facilitates success in compliance with all client Policies.
• Ensure that site installation reporting guidelines are being followed and are accurate

Review of site daily reports, issues and progress.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical degree and/or college diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering OR
• Equivalent of 10 years' experience in the field
• Must have a valid driver's license
• English Proficiency Required

Desired Characteristics:

• Expert level. Able to act as a senior company rep on any outage for the unit qualified. Acts as project manager and mentor on complex projects
• Experience with modeling and analysis programs for wind
• Proficient in the use of computers and PC

Physical Requirements

• Candidates must be able to climb a 300 feet wind tower multiple times per
• Candidates must be able to walk across the hub and, in the event of an emergency, repel
• Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 300+
• Must meet specific weight requirements of tower ladders under OSHA standards of 250 to 300 lbs. max, including personal protective equipment (approx. 30-35lbs).

Must be comfortable working in confined space(s).
