I'm looking for a Mechanical CRE with an Authorised Persons ticket to join my client on a long term station upgrade for the next 18 months. The selected candidate will have a proven background liaising with and maintaining a good relationship with the supply chain. The scope of work includes the ductwork, pipework, extraction, and general mechanics. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
PTS and AP tickets are needed for this role.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage subbies on a day to day basis ensuring they are complying with their safety documentation, have the appropriate access documentation and any temporary works required;
- Ensure compliance to Health & Safety environment to ensure the mechanical works are carried out safe and in compliance with the requirements.
- Installation, commissioning, operating and maintaining mechanical systems.
- The AP will liaising with all mechanical sub-contractors and the personell that will be working on site carrying out any works.
- Report progress daily to the M&E Project Manager and raise any warning signs or issues that could affect the program of work.
- Carry out Inspection and Audit reviews to monitor compliance with quality, safety codes, and other regulations
- An Authorised Person may also undertake the duties of a Skilled Person.
- An Authorised Person shall be a skilled and competent mechanical engineer or technician.

Candidate requirements:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical - degree or experience
- Previous experience working with on rail station upgrades.
- A valid CSCS card, AP ticket and PTS
