We offer a complete solution spanning Survey, Design, Engineering Compliance, Project Management, planning, resourcing, programming, estimating, project delivery and close out, in both the Heavy Rail and Light Rail fields.

We are recruiting an experienced rail industry Operations Manager to join our growing team and to be responsible for the following tasks:

• Overall responsibility for project delivery against the programme and budget
• Overall responsibility for mobilisation and deployment of the delivery team
• Overall responsibility for managing plant, material and labour supply chains
• Oversee Safety Critical duties requirements including Safe Systems of Planning & Railway Interface Planning (RIPS).
• Monitor and report on project progress in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of Tenders and Construction Budgets.
• Review contract requirements relating to plant, labour, material and sub-contract, together with programming, specification, quality & environmental requirements at planning stage.
• Attend progress & resource allocation meetings as required.
• Manage the deployment, supervision & monitoring of allocated site staff and installation teams in conjunction with the Projects Director.
• Manage the HSE notification of works as required.
• Obtain customer acceptance of works and maintain auditable records as appropriate.
• Arrange interim and final measurements of work.
