Project Management Assistant Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 month

Contracting Authority: Network Rail

Location: Milton Keynes/ hybrid. (2-3 days in the office.)

As Project Management Assistant, sitting within the Technical Authority team, providing support to TA and regional functions your main key responsibilities would include:

• Frequent use of Oracle E-Business Suite and SWIM, which will include raising requisitions, purchase orders and approving invoices.
• Support the team with the delivery of projects and work packages
• Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Deliver regular progress reports on activities, including project work package finances, risks and issues.
• Support the development of board packs and take meeting notes and actions.
• Organise and coordinate a range of meetings.

You’ll have essential experience of the following demonstrated on your C.V:

• Knowledge of Oracle e business and SWIM.
• Effective stakeholder engagement experience.
• MS Office suitecompetency.

It is desirable but not essential that you also have the following:

• Network Rail experience.
