McGinley Support Services operate as an employment business and currently seek to recruit experienced Personal Assistant for a Rail based contract in Cardiff.
Using your organisational and secretarial skills you will manage the director's diary, make arrangements for events and conferences and maintain the Director's budget. You will co-ordinate and prepare agendas, papers and documentation for executive meetings and assist with any follow-up action as necessary.You will also supervise and organise the workloads for a clerical support team in conjunction with other functional managers.
Your day will be busy and varied, and as such we expect a professional yet flexible attitude. Your ability to build close relationships within this busy department will ensure we create a world-class railway infrastructure that's built for the 21st Century.
It's not necessary for you to have rail industry experience. In fact, what will set you apart is your motivation and natural flair for dealing with people at all levels.
Do you have.?
Experience with diary management, minute taking, and report writing?
Experience managing a busy department and providing secretarial support across multi-disciplinary teams?
A confident manner and the ability to forge strong internal and external relationships?
A positive, professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure?
IT literacy and competency in programmes such as MS Office and Excel?
Are you.?
An excellent communicator that can effectively convey information both verbally and in writing?
A results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organisational skills?
A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision?
