My client is one of the UK leading engineering and construction companies, providing specialist building, civil engineering and industry focussed skills to a range of market sectors including commercial, industrial, education, rail, aviation, waste and energy.
They are looking to strengthen there Rail team with a Quantity Surveyor to support the renewals team on a large framework.
The Candidate
- Experience in NEC
- You will have need to of managed and delivered Structural / Civil Projects (size £500k - £10m)
- Create and manage Cost Plans
- Create and manage ECVRs
- Procurement
- Tendering to Client
- Subcontract Management
- Works well as part of a young team
You will need to be degree qualified and working towards a profession institution or a member of (ie RICS).
