The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Railway Signalling Specialist with experience of ETCS systems for a major project in Azerbaijan. Working on behalf of the client the role shall involved the construction supervision during the installation and commissioning phases.

Opportunity

My client is a leading engineering consultancy who have carried out the full project cycle from design & tender review through to the Installation & Commissioning phase. Being at the forefront of the Rail field they are highly respected and have numerous projects across the region and further afield.

Job Role / Responsibilities

The successful individual shall be the lead authority for signalling and ETCS systems for the developments and be required to lead a team of engineers ensuring contractors deliver as required while liaising with stakeholders. The project shall be to increase the network from 3.3kv network to 25kv. The role shall require that you work closely with other discipline/ package leads to ensure that the project is delivered to specification, time and budget. The role will involve close management of the systems contractor.

Requirements

• 12+ years Rail Signalling experience
• Degree qualified
• 3 year managerial exposure
• Previous ETCS experience
• Russian (or regional) language skills.
• Regional experience would be beneficial

Salary Package

The salary package shall be in the region of €15,000
