Eden Lea are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large Railway contractor. This exciting new role is based in the Midlands. The right candidate will have experience working as an Senior Quantity Surveyor on Railway Projects.

To be considered for this position you must have;

• Good experience on Railway Civil Engineering Projects
• Experience Managing subcontractor accounts
• Experience working on the financial control of civil/rail engineering projects
• Experience and understanding of NEC Contracts
• Experience undertaking costing activities
• Reconciliation and forecasting with the delivery team
• Submission and valuation of final accounts
• Review, negotiate and agree contract terms
• HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience working in a client facing role
• Ability to work on site and office where required to do so

Not crucial for the role but would be beneficial if you could demonstrate experience of;

• Overhead line Projects
• Railway Civil Engineering Projects
