Vital Human Resources are excited to be working alongside one of the leader within the Rail industry, who are working on one of the most challenging projects in the North West.

Due to the challenges of this project they are looking for experienced OLE Supervisors to join their project on a Contract or Permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of Electrification and OHLE Projects.

As a OLE Supervisor some of the responsibilities will include:-

• Implement all instructions received from the client and Project Manager in a safe and timely manner
• Assist the PM as and when required
• Maintain a strong relationship with client and subcontractors
• Identify staff training needs and assess team members under your control
• The Supervisor will deliver work packages according to plans and budgets given
