About the role

Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Senior Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in the planning and safe delivery Track work packages in compliance with the appropriate Network Rail Group and Line Standards and Safety Legislation within the agreed financial Contractual Allowables.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have proven experience in Permanent Way maintenance/track renewals and general civil engineering works at Supervisors level.

You must hold PTS, TSC and Engineering Supervisor Experience.

You will also have an in depth knowledge of Track discipline, and excellent knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HASAW and other appropriate regulations, including Group Standards.

Excellent interpersonal and man management skills are essential.

What else do I need to know?

The role is based out of Belfast however travelling to sites will be required across Northern Ireland.

You must be willing to work days, nights and weekends as part of a roster pattern.
