Graduate Recruitment Consultant

EWI, a market leading international recruitment consultancy with offices in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia, are looking to hire a motivated graduate with little or no previous experience to join our London office as part of our Europe construction branch based in London.

We are looking for a passionate person who wants to gain hands on experience within the international business sector. We have full commitment to our clients and run a customer focused team, driven by providing quality candidates and excellent customer service.

We are looking for focused and motivated individuals who are interested in working full time in our central London office. We are based by Liverpool street but soon moving into brand new offices in central London.

In the role you will be working as part of a niche team and have close daily interaction and training from your line manager.

As a recruitment consultant at ewi some of your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications
• Conducting searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online schemes in order to build your own expert network of candidates
• Keeping in touch with your expert network by holding telephone interviews, qualifying and submitting candidates to specific roles whilst sourcing business leads
• Develop an understanding of technical knowledge relevant to the market.
• Outbound phone calls to generate new client relationships as well as managing current relationships and accounts, ultimately contributing to positive revenue streams.
