THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’ll be offered a fascinating first years training working closely in all departments with the board of directors before deciding at the end of year one (with the support of the management team) the area of the business you wish to progress in. As a meritocracy the company will promote you based on your talent and with hard work and passion you could achieve board level status by the time you are 30, something that 3 out of 6 of the current board members have achieved!

THE ROLE

In your first twelve months you’ll gain exposure across the following parts of the business before selecting your chose profession. In operations you’ll go out on site working with the site supervisors and contracts managers overseeing surfacing works on highways, airports and residential sites. In the commercial team you’ll work with quantity surveyors looking at the commercial elements of a project working on final accounts, invoice processing, materials and bills of quantities. Finally, In sales & estimating you’ll speak to prospective clients, pricing works and identifying availability to carry out the work. It will be a busy and exciting first twelve months-up for it?!

THE REQUIREMENTS

To be considered you need to be a recent graduate (any subject!) or graduating this summer backed up by a vibrant personality ready to embark on your career.
