A permanent opportunity has arisen for a proven H&S Manager with experience of working on major rail engineering projects to join a civil engineering contractor based in London. This role will provide the successful individual the chance to work on a wide range of major/minor rail projects. All applicants must be NEBOSH qualified.

As a H&S Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Advise site staff on health and safety matters
Conduct health & safety compliance inspections and audits.
Assist in the production, monitoring and review of method statements, risk assessments and work package plans
Investigate accidents and incidents
Review of company and subcontractors paperwork
Deliver relevant training programmes
Assist in the preparation of Health & Safety packs and construction phase plans
Regularly review and update the Project Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan, Project Fire Plan and Traffic Management Plan
Site visits as required
Update line management weekly
