THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re the ideal Safety Systems Auditor if you have experience of auditing safety management systems within a highly regulated environment such as rail or aviation. You’ll need to be a confident communicator with excellent analytical skills to deliver timely reports to the senior management team.

THE ROLE

As the Safety Systems Auditor, you will be responsible for implementing safety assurance activities including processes for monitoring safety performance, conducting system audits and monitoring corrective actions. You’ll be proactive in recommending and initiating processes and liaising with multiple stakeholders to update on actions and results. This is a great role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and wants to progress in a long-term career.

THE REQUIREMENTS

You’ll need to have a lead auditor qualification (OHSAS 18001 preferable but not essential) and have experience in a safety management role within a regulated environment. NEBOSH would be ideal however your demonstrable success in implementing safety assurance activities is more important.
