We are currently recruiting for a leading contractor within the rail sector for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team in the Doncaster or derby area. It is envisaged the successful applicant for the role of Resource Co-ordinator will possess substantial practical document control experience in a rail or construction environment. As well as possessing an Understanding of paper handling systems, such as document registration, filing, numbering and archiving systems. Also you must be able to undertake various project co-ordination and document control activities for the Project and all adhoc tasks as requested by the Project Director and other Project Team Members.

Responsibilities;

Allocating staff resources to the companies various projects
Producing rosters for members of staff
Supporting remote project team resources with document requirements in a timely manner
Providing on-going support with regards to all aspects of Document Management Systems
Facilitate effective document control, archiving and retrieval processes across project and strive for continuous improvement
General day to day office management; PPE orders, stationary etc.
Adhoc administrative support and varied tasks as required by the Project Director
