THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’ll be a positive and influential leader with superb planning and organisation skills. You’ll have used systems to plan and monitor the movement of resource and assets and be able to utilise your strong analytical skills to make sound judgements when the unexpected happens. Superb communication and reporting skills are essential.

THE ROLE

As the Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring sufficient train crew are available to operate services. You’ll work with other Resource Managers to ensure all services are covered and liaise with planning teams to create master rosters. You’ll update systems with real-time information and ensure all hours worked are correctly logged to monitor and manage industry regulations.

THE PACKAGE
