Job Title - Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location - The Quadrant, Milton Keynes
Rates - up to £307.56 LTD/Umbrella OR £274.43 PAYE day rate | IN SCOPE OF IR35
About the role:
AS the Senior HRBP, you will become an integral member of supported business senior leadership team, to proactively identify, plan and meet the people needs of the business to improve business performance.
The role will involve supporting a 24/7 operational delivery team that focus on high output track renewals on a national basis.
What you will do:
- Working closely with the supported business areas to develop, drive and implement the HR Strategy to include; talent, succession planning and change management, in order to support the delivery of business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
- Act as an integral member of the business leadership team, building strong relationships with senior business leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent; lead, support and contribute to change programmes, driving and championing the implementation of HR solutions.
- Proactively manage trade union relationships, working with the Employee Relations team, appropriate HR Business Partners and managers across the business.
- Reinforce and support the ownership of people management by the business and line managers.
Your experience will include:
- You will be an experienced HR Generalist; with good operational & strong Union experience.
- Ideally you will have worked within 24/7 operations previously.
- You will be used to dealing with complexity; as multiple TUPEs have led to over 50 different terms and conditions of employment & managing historic TUPEs
- Excellent technical HR Knowledge - CIPD qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence
