As a trainee resource consultant who will start your journey with SKI on our tailored training programme in our blue collar rail and safety critical division – from learning all about the industry you will be operating in, resourcing to find candidates to assist and fill positions and supporting our consultants with a wide range of requirements.

You will learn all about the global manpower industry – what is required, expected and how you can help both clients and candidates. This is an extremely rewarding role where success is celebrated.
