The successful candidate will coordinate and manager the Installation team and all the technical tasks assigned as engineering activities relating to the computer based interlocking system. This person will be responsible for ensuring that subsystems meet requirements and are delivered on schedule and on budget.

Key Responsbilities:

• Plan and schedule site ITC activities for all system wide work packages in accordance to the rolling programme relevant to your test team.
• Prepare and review test and commissioning procedures for each of the subsystems and align with the master programme.
• Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab for each subsystems and preparation of System Test plan.
• Ensure all subsystems interfaces are fully integrated.
• Lead site commissioning activities for all work packages relevant to your team, including independent functional tests and System Integration Test and System Interaction Test.
• Ensure that all interfaces between different sub-systems are appropriately tested.
• Guarantee that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost-effective manners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields
• 5+ Years of relevant experience as System-wide T&C Leader
• Strong understanding of full life cycle projects
• Experience with CBTC technology - huge plus
