Engineering Supervisor M&E Electrical Bias

My Client is looking for a Multi Skilled Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance supervisor who has a strong background in the facilities maintenance of commercial properties and in particular company head offices Gas power stations and Hotels. This is a full time mobile position working around the Windsor area where you will be overseeing a team of multi skilled engineers performing planned and reactive maintenance. You will need to have a good knowledge of systems such as high and low voltage electrical systems and gas fuelled systems in commercial properties.  You will receive a basic salary of £34,000 per year and a benefits package of Private Health Care, Company Vehicle, Pension contributions and a Bonus Scheme. What you will be doing:

• Planning maintenance programs for team of maintenance engineers working on Mechanical and Electrical systems within critical environments of the head offices.
  
  
• Assessing the risk of maintenance programs for engineers.
  
  
• Providing expert advice to engineers on how to improve the maintenance skills and to become more efficient.
  
  
• Creating reports on the maintenance programs progress.
  
  
• Control budgets and sourcing of materials for maintenance programs
  
  
• Chair meetings and briefings prior to shifts and to clients.

Requirements of the candidate:

• 17^th edition wiring certification would be an advantage.
  
  
• Over 5 years experience as an engineering supervisor or in supervisory positions.
  
  
• City and Guilds testing and inspection certificate <phone number removed> would be an advantage.
  
  
• Working knowledge of High and Low Voltage installations.
  
  
• Previous experience supervising and managing teams of multi skilled maintenance engineers.
