I am looking to place a Civil Engineering Team Lead within a nationwide property developers Hemel Hempstead office. The firm operates using a range of software, with strong technical design skills, team leadership capabilities and client liaison skills more important than any specific software knowledge. This is a team leadership role, and any candidates should have demonstrable experience of managing other engineers/technicians/site-agents as well as the ability to manage a range of stakeholders/clients.
Due to the sign-off duties associated with this role, it is preferable that candidates hold either Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers).
