• Building relationships with clients
• General admin duties
• Posting job adverts
• Source suitable candidates
• Managing vacancies from start to finish
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
• Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
• High level of LinkedIn messaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Using job boards to find candidates
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and a strong initiative
• Keep candidates updated throughout the process
• Achieving set targets and working to deadlines
• Provide constructive and fair candidate feedback to unsuccessful candidates

 
Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
• Experience working in the Construction/ Built Environment sector is preferred and would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information

• An ability to work to targets/deadlines

 
Experience:

• Experience dealing with clients/customers via telephone and email
• Competent with MS Office suite
