Award winning international engineering consultancy seeks to employ a proven railway maintenance engineering professional with experience of delivering or implementing railway maintenance regimes for one or more railway systems (track, signalling, comms, electrification). This is a key hire for this leading brand and will play a crucial part in them achieving this five year growth plan. As Maintenance Optimisation Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Delivering or implementing Railway maintenance regimes (eg in one or more infrastructure asset)
• Delivering or implementing reliability and /or maintenance improvement programmes
• Analyse asset data in excel or other statistical packages
• Safety incidents and recovery plans
• Management of teams delivering work on these areas

To be considered for the role candidates will have a proven track record of railway maintenance covering one of more assets (signalling, comms, track, electrification). You will have a can-do attitude, the willingness to look for solutions to novel client problems and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of the asset data systems (eg Ellipse) used in the UK railway industry.
