Job Title - Performance Improvement Co-Ordinator
Location - London, James Forbes House
Rates - Up to £289.98 LTD/Umbrella OR £258.75 PAYE per day | IN SCOPE OF IR35
About the role:
The role of Performance Improvement Coordinator is integral to the development and delivery of performance improvement. As part of the improvement team you will work across all functions in the route understanding levels of performance and where improvements need to be made.
You'll play a critical role in facilitating incident reviews and will be responsible for relationship development and management with the relevant Train Operating Companies, and internal stakeholders across other NR functions.
What you will do:
- Co-ordinate and deliver, as appropriate, data driven performance improvement plans for the route, focusing on projects with the best return for Network Rail and the industry, based in the outputs of the route analysis team
- Work closely with delivery units for performance improvement projects within the route and work with the local team to mitigate risk during delivery of projects
- Produce well-researched, data driven business cases aimed at driving performance improvement
- Single point of contact for performance related projects within the route and operator during their development and implementation
- Monitor and report the progress of all performance improvement initiatives within the relevant performance tracking system, ensuring all stakeholder performance review meetings are held
- Liaise with the route teams to document the mitigation actions from Significant Performance Incident Reviews (SPIRs) and lead the implementation of these actions to prevent future reoccurrence
Your experience will include:
- You'll hold previous experience developing improvement plans
- You'll hold exceptional organisation skills and be proactive
- High data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills; written and spoken
- Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role or Railway industry experience
