ASSISTANT CONSULTANT / CONSULTANT /SENIOR CONSULTANT (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) – READING

We are looking to strengthen our Development Planning team in Reading through the addition of an Assistant Consultant, Consultant or Senior Consultant who is able take a key role in development planning work.

This role would suit an individual who has some experience in the production of Transport Statements / Assessments, Travel Plans, Junction Modelling and key transport planning documents, who is looking for the next step in their career and is willing to learn and develop their career in the company.

With support from the Development Planning team in Reading and across the UK, you will help to deliver a wide range of project work for private sector clients. You will also help to develop our business further through developing strong client relationships.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent)
• Ability to undertake the preparation of reports
• Experience of working with transport software packages and Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in an accurate, clear and professional format
• Report writing skills, including the ability to present technical work and messages to non-technical audience
• A proactive approach to seeking and sharing knowledge
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
