We are looking for a Project Change assistant work on a Highways England project copper in London.

Responsibilities
- Checking progress and maintaining up to date plans for Project Copper
- Supporting development and implementation of communication and engagement strategy and plan
- Supporting roll out of new decision making framework
- Supporting implementation of new meeting structure
- Support ongoing integration of Highways England team
- Supporting detailed operating model design e.g. with preparation and outputs from session
- Setting up data capture, monitoring and presenting back success measures/metrics
- Integration with ongoing cultural work
- Supporting the capability development / talent programmes
- To deliver parent company project governance requirements as required
- To consider project legacy and in all decision making in the same way as cost, risk and time
- To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve legacy benefits
- To hold health, safety and welfare (HSW) as a key project value and to participate in the creation, development and implementation of HSW strategies by the project leadership team

- Experience in transformational change and delivery of change
- Understanding of transformational change skills and embedding change in organisations
- Good organisational skills
- Strong communication written and verbal communication skills able to communicate at all levels
- Experience of working in complex and multi-faceted transformation initiatives
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with competing priorities
- Collaborative team player
- Project management/PMO skills and able to drive delivery
- Experience in planning and implementing communication and engagement strategies and plans
- Experience designing and delivering innovative communications methods (video, live events, etc.
