We have an exciting opportunity for Senior HR Advisor for Occupational Health and Wellbeing within large Highway Authority company. This role offers the opportunity to work with the HR Operation team and responsibility of core occupational health and wellbeing activity.

The job will be for a full time permanent position, in the heart of Birmingham.
You will be responsible for contributing to designs, development and manage on-going delivery of occupational health and wellbeing programme and act as project lead for specific strategic initiatives.
Successful candidates will have experience of working in a HR professional role and proven experience of implementing, monitoring and improving occupational health and wellbeing services. The ability to manage external suppliers, including budgeting and forecasting, and past experience in project management.
