What Can You Bring to This Recruitment Advisor Job?

• Your experience of delivering the full recruitment lifecycle from an agency or in-house background
• A track record of managing volume recruitment projects
• Experience of using recruitment application tracking systems

What Will You Be Doing as Their Recruitment Advisor?

This role offers great variety and will see you in regular contact with hiring managers to understand requirements before you write and advertise vacancies. You’ll screen applications and invite shortlisted candidates to attend an assessment where you’ll complete right to work checks before handing the group over to the Assessor. You’ll arrange interviews with candidates who pass assessment and manage all offers of employment which includes issuing of contracts, organising inductions and onboarding. Throughout all this, you’ll be delivering a superb service to internal stakeholders and candidates, so your can-do attitude and positive mindset will ensure you succeed.
