Senior Site Engineer – Structures

Location - Lincolnshire

Duration - 6-month contract (rolling)

Rate – Negotiable depending on experience

Are you Senior Engineer based in the Lincolnshire area with solid, structural experience? If this sounds like you then look no further!

One of the UK’s leading principal contractors is looking for a Senior Site Engineer to join them on their existing venture. After completing phase one of the project, they have since been awarded both phase 2 and 3 which will run through to 2020.

The project will see the construction of a new road, four new roundabouts, two major bridges and the reconfiguration of an existing structure.

As the Senior Engineer you will be overseeing the structures aspect of the project, so a strong structural background will be sure to set you apart from the competition. The main bulk of the role will be site-based so you will need to get your boots dirty and get stuck in with some setting out. Additionally, you'll be required to provide construction input to the design and facilitate the construction by completing the necessary paperwork and liaising with key suppliers and stakeholders as well as undertaking the usual responsibilities.

Requirements of the role:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering
• Civil Engineering experience with a Tier 1 contractor – Highways experience preferred
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• TWC preferred
• Experience with 4projects or Field View is not a deal breaker but would certainly make you stand out from the crowd!
