Senior Estimator (Infrastructure) in United Kingdom
We currently seek experienced high calibre Rail Estimators x 2 to join our client's team of experienced professionals to work on a contract/permanent basis in either London or Birmingham
Salary £45-75,000 or Rate £350-400 per day
You will be required to lead on delivering and developing the estimating workbank for their Rail and Infrastructure sectors.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experiences in delivering cost estimates for large infrastructure projects within Rail
You must have some multi-disciplinary experience i.e. Pway, S&T, OLE, Signalling, Comms, M&E, Signalling or Civils.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Estimating from First Principles
- Putting together cost plans and estimates
- Providing technical input to ensure estimates are both accurate and timely
- Liaising with commercial team members and key stakeholders and ensure that you continue to add value/adjust internal system
- Bid Management
- Preparing submissions
- Build rapport and relationships with key clients
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience of Estimating and/or cost planning.
- Skilled in apprising management and client for the quality and risks of conceptual and detailed estimates
- Excellent skill in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to make effective presentations to management and client.
