You will need:
- Fully MCIPS Qualified
- Degree / HND / HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
- Depth and breadth of experience may be taken into account where these qualifications have not been obtained
- Understands and contributes zealously to overall business strategy
- Self-starter, capable of operating with minimum direction
- Challenges the status quo, drives and supports new processes and directions
- Builds trusting relationships with colleagues and team by consistently delivering on promises, being sensitive to the needs and feelings of others and presenting a balanced view
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm to succeed which motivates others
- Results oriented, finds ways around difficult problems not giving up.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional, commercially focused and pragmatic CIPS qualified individual who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, whilst retaining the ability to question, challenge and influence others.

The ideal candidate will require a breadth of experience and knowledge in procurement, commercial, programme management and team leadership that can be drawn on to understand and implement business requirements, develop procurement strategies to maximise value for money and achieve legislative and business compliance.
