Job title: Quality Engineer - Manufacturing
Job location: Crewe
Hourly rate: £25.00 Ltd or £19.68 PAYE
I am currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join a leading organisation in Crewe to provide professional guidance, direction and support to the various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
To champion and facilitate problem resolutions for internal and customer concerns.
Analyse customer returns, prepare PPS reports, assure implementation and verification of corrective / preventative actions
To actively take part and attend manufacturing FTT meeting and Visualisation meeting ensuring quality resolution process adherence.
Communication and monitoring of supplier problem solving.
Monitor supplier quality and provide rapid response for any quality problems.
Facilitate Supplier Quality reviews.
To prepare and present data for operation reviews.
To ensure KPI information is completed and correct.
Required Skills and Experiences:
HND or above in an Engineering discipline preferred
Must have good working knowledge of QA tools
