Mechanical Estimator in City of London, London, United Kingdom
My Client, an M&E subcontractor who have been at the forefront of Telecoms, Fire Safety Services, HVAC and site services are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Central London.

Role responsibilities:
- A good understanding of HVAC & domestic H&CW Systems
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a multidisciplinary MEP team
- Experience of working on projects from £100k to £5.0m
- A good understanding of varies procurement routes including Design & Build
- The ability to work with BSRIA Stage Information and develop a tender from design to a tender estimate
- The ability to develop Value Engineering Options as part of the tender process
- The ability to support the PCM in developing preferred Supply Chain schedules
- The ability to populate tender control sheets & comparison sheets
- The ability to identify risk & opportunity on all projects and work with the PCM to develop mitigation strategies
- The ability to produce cost plans from limited information including scope documents and GIFA m2
Preferred sector experience will include; Rail, Commercial, Manufacturing
