The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris.

Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities.

For a new project (work contract) at the location north / near Berlin, we are looking for the production at the earliest possible date several Railway Fitters Mechanical / Electrical (m / f / gn)

Your tasks:

- Check assembly order for completeness and accuracy, clarify if necessary and assemble order tools etc.

- Execution of works according to technology. Specifications, drawings, work instructions

- Carrying out connecting and transport work and measuring, adjusting and testing work

- Vocational assembly work in the production area

- Assembly, completion and laying of cables, cables and wiring harnesses

- Implementation of electrical connection work

- Placing connectors and connection systems in assemblies and components or their electrical connection to the vehicle system or

- Preparation and mounting of mechanical (including pneumatic) assemblies (for example door systems, drive units, pneumatic and air conditioning)

- Adaptation of individual parts and assemblies in the technological manufacturing process

- Carry out safety-relevant adhesive and sealing work technological specifications in appropriate quality or

- Mounting of assemblies as well as work in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering

- Perform the functional test

- Removal and reworking of assembly errors

- Perform complete assembly or mechanical / electrical work

Your profile:

- Completed technical or commercial training

- Relevant professional experience in railcar production (work according to instructions, Specifications and known methods)

- Compliance with occupational, health and environmental regulations

- Good MS Office knowledge

- English skills are an advantage

- Solution-oriented and independent way of working
