The Machanical and Electrical Services (MES) team is small but highly motivated and creative group responsible for the provision of consultancy design services related to MES works in the UK and overseas.

The MES team is an intergral part of the companies UK and Overseas rail business. It contributes through the provision of standalone services or as part of an intergrated multi-disciplinary project team. CH2M Hill work on all types of rail systems: passenger, freight, heavy and light rail, monorails and metro's.

Clients can range from high profile ones such as the Office of the Rail Regulator, Local Government, multi-national transport operators, Netowrk Rail, TfL, London Uner and Overground, major financial institutions or banks to other clients such as other consutlancies, contractors and individual train operators.

The key areas of work activity for the MES team revolve around the provision of design solutions for M&E cooling systems, including LV distrubutions systems, lighting, heating, ventilation, cooling and pumping systems.

The main function of this position is to provide Electircal and Mechanical project management and engineering consultancy services and designs in compliance with Railwayand international standard requirements.

We are seeking both an Electrical project engineer with mechanical awareness and a mechancial project engineer with electrical experience. These roles will be to oversee electrical and mechanical design activities for London Underground.

This role will involve all aspects of analytical work associated interpresentiation, organisation and production of the reuqired design solutions.
