Samuel Knight International are currently recruiting for a Document Control / Office Administrative support candidate who has very good "ASite" experience and skills. This role is to join a major Rail infrastructure project in London helping one of our major infrastructure and Rail principal contractor clients.

Please note that ASite experience is ESSENTIAL , we cannot process applications of candidates who do not have this experience.

• QA checking of all communications via Asite
• Uploading of all documents/drawings to Asite
• Downloading of documents/drawings
• Issuing/responding to communications via Asite
• Statusing of all documents/drawing on Asite
• Asite support to all subcontractors and staff
• General assistance

Office management

• Ordering stationary
• Access cards
• Printer/scanner issues
• Co-ordinating to building reception
• Managing meeting room calendars
• Office general assistance/tasks
