Mane are recruiting for several Appointment Bookers/Customer Service Agents to work on a 6 month contract in Nottingham.
Pay - £8.50 PAYE per hour
>Contract Length - 6 months
>Hours - 39 hours per week
>Shift patterns - 0800-1630 or 0830-1700
>PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
>To provide full administrative support to the C&I workflow team. Primary tasks are revolving around the arranging of appointments between our clients engineers and businesses to agree exchanges of electricity meters on various types of the site across the UK. Follow up "pre-calls" will also be required to ensure customer is fully aware of previously agreed appointments.
>AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS
>Appointment Booker
>To be able to communicate effectively with business customers to book appointments for electricity meter exchanges.
>To be responsible for the day to day activity associated with the workflow processes, to build and maintain a relationship with other teams within the business.
>To interact with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to resolve any associated queries within the specified timescales.
>To work closely with our customer to ensure requirements are met and all metering communication methods are in place within agreed SLA's.
>To ensure that the data entered into any of the Systems is of a high quality and is accurate.
Ability to adapt to change and identify areas for Process Improvement.
>To understand and to work within the framework of the Values.
>Organise and prioritise own workload.

Ability to manage relationships with customers
Work in an efficient and flexible manner
Tackle problems and issues in a logical way
Willingness to accept and promote change
Tackle problems and issues in a logical way
Good Mathematical skills.
Good analytical skills
Strong relationship management
Good working knowledge of Access / Excel.
