Automatic Ticket Gate Operator

We have excellent opportunities within our Revenue Protection Team at Bishops Stortford and Cambridge for Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operators positions. Candidates that apply must live near these stations. (1 Vacancy at Bishops Stortford, 2 X Vacancies at Cambridge).

Main Duties:

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATG's.) In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy.

What we are looking for:

If you are flexible and customer focused, this could be the role for you. You will also need to be a problem solver, and be able to think on your feet, as you will encounter many different situations on a daily basis.

Please note that you will be required to work shifts between 05:00am and 01:00am, on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays
