Servicing clients from major operators to niche suppliers they boast an extensive array of industry experts with in depth knowledge across a variety of engineering disciplines.
You will be responsible for successfully targeting new customers, building existing relationships and sourcing sales opportunities leading to the successful achievement of sales objectives, developing sales strategies to support the organisation achieving its business goals. Highly capable of developing customer accounts and ensuring long term customer relationships, you will also be responsible for negotiating with key account customers and monitoring market trends.
Requirements:
- A strong track-record in sales delivery within the rail sector.
- Proven success in developing client relationships and the development of new business.
- A wide appreciation of all rail disciplines and competencies.
- Experience with building, developing and growing channel life cycles.
- The ability to develop proposals including technical and commercial aspects,
- Demonstrate experience in value selling and a consultative selling approach
