BID Co-ordinator in Derby, Derbyshire, United Kingdom
My Client is looking for a BID Co-ordinator who can support the BID team with various rail projects. Your main responsibilities will include portal works, general tender submission coordination, ongoing development of case studies, maintaining electronic.
My clients aim is to improve the quality of bid work so you will need to maintain the reference library to previous strong bid responses. They are just starting to develop case studies, this task needs to be continued so that the references can be used on future PQQs and bids. The role also includes uploading and downloading on portals - this task is becoming increasingly demanding on recent bids.
The successful candidate needs to have a good use of Word, Excel (general microsoft packages). Professional, self driven, focused on tasks at hand, methodical in approach is a must. Previous bid experience, technical background is desired / preferred although not mandatory. NOTE: Not looking for pure admin but some admin tasks are inevitable.
This is a 3month rolling contract based in Derby working for a Tier 1 Contractor.
