This is a new part of the business that work mainly with local authorities; meaning that the great work they do has a real and positive impact on local communities.

This new part of the business has created an opportunity for a Bid Writer to become a key, permanent member of their team. The role will involve working on Bid and Proposal Writing with a focus on New Build, rather than Maintenance, and Affordable Housing.


The company is the leading organisation in this part of the industry and since they are investing in a new part of the business there will be room for career development within the Company. The main focus of the role is to provide Bid and Proposal writing to the organisation for projects in the M25/Home Counties Region.


Skills required include:
- Demonstrable Bid Writing background
- Experience in New Build Housing Schemes/Affordable Housing
